Wellness Counselling was created in 2013.
We all experience challenging times in our lives when we may need support, to find a safe space to guide us as we navigate life experiences and events.

Wellness Counselling therapy practice is based on my Psychology Counselling degree, Wellness tools and intuitive support/guidance to meet each person and their unique life circumstances.

Understanding our stories, sitting in our feelings (and a lot more) we have the opportunity to step into our power through authenticity and alignment. In our authenticity is where we find our personal freedom. In our alignment, we create our best life.

As we become 'unstuck' our creativity flows and we become productive and present in our lives.
